We will contact you and let you know our initial thoughts and suggestions. If we are in agreement, we move to stage 2.
Stage 2: Case Submission
We will request the case material necessary to provide you with an accurate quote for the work.
On receiving the quote, you decide whether to go ahead and provide us with the details of how the work will be funded.
If privately funded we may ask for a retainer and if, LLA funded we will ask for a copy of the authority.
If all is satisfactory, we will accept the instruction and provide an estimated timescale for delivery.
Stage 3: Expert Report
We will assess of the case material and request any further documents or exhibits that we require.
Our expert will complete their report and submit it for quality assurance.
Once we are completely happy with the report, it will be dated and signed and supplied to you, together with any supporting documents and together with the invoice.
Attendance at court is subject to additional charges.
